/ 17/01/2020 / Kristian DugstadRobert Eidevik won TONO's EDVARD prize in the lyrics category for the album "Nattseileren" with Hjerteslag.
The jury describes Eidevik as a distinctive and drivingly skilled lyricist. He has a very good eye for young longing, romance and desire, without it ever becoming banal or tacky.
"In The Night Sailor we enter a dark Bergen universe after midnight. We are guided into something lost and strong-willed. Eidevik describes the depths, but often with a loving sidelong glance, and thus we never completely lose hope."
In this film, Robert shows a brighter Bergen. After all, there is more hope now.
