Concert and event

When you organize a concert or event with musical works managed by TONO, you must have permission and pay the songwriters, composers, lyricists and music publishers through TONO. See TONO's terms and conditions for concerts and events in the document list below.

Here's what you need to do:

1. GET PERMISSION
If you are going to arrange a concert, you must apply in advance. You can do this easily in our customer portal. For festivals, tours and revues, use the web form. Links to both can be found below.

2. REPORTS
In order for the composers and lyricists to be paid correctly, you must inform us of gross ticket revenue, audience size and repertoire list no later than 14 days after the concert.

3. PAY
Finally, you must pay the invoice we send you. The money goes to the composers and lyricists.

Major rights, such as musicals, ballets, operas and other stage productions, must be cleared directly with the authors and/or music publishers. If you have any questions about this, please contact TONO's marketing department. Read about major rights here.
