The aid organization Norcode, which works to establish and strengthen management organizations for composers and lyricists in developing countries, re-elected Bendik Hofseth as chairman of the board on Wednesday.

Norcode was founded in 2007 by Norwegian copyright management organizations, and is currently owned and financed by TONO and Gramo, with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Bendik Hofseth was re-elected as chairman of the board at the annual meeting. The other board members, who were elected for the period 2018 and 2018, are Svein Korshamn from TONO with Cato Strøm as deputy and Martin Grøndahl from Gramo with Tor Bernhardsen as deputy.
A nomination committee for 2019 was also adopted, consisting of Ingrid Kindem, who is the chairwoman of TONO, MFO's deputy chairwoman Anders Hovind, and TONO board member Philip Kruse. The deputy member of the nomination committee is Gramo's deputy chairwoman Marte Thorsby.
