A united music industry is now taking the initiative for a campaign against illegal downloading of music. Artists, songwriters, record companies (music companies) and other rights holders in the music sector will, through the Piracy Kills Music campaign, focus on the unfortunate social consequences of the increasing illegal downloading. On September 22, Arne Nordheim received TONO's EDVARD Prize for the work "FONOS" in the contemporary music category. The prize of NOK 50.000, as well as a trophy and diploma, was presented by Åse Kleveland before the performance of Nordheim's "Draumkvedet" with Grex Vocalis and the Norwegian Broadcasting Orchestra in the Church of the Holy Trinity.
