Today TONO's annual meeting is being held at the Literature House in Oslo at 17 pm.
/ 31/05/2016 / codexAs previously announced on tono.no, as well as in an email to shareholders in the cooperative TONO SA on May 13, 2016, TONO's annual meeting will be held today at Litteraturhuset, Wergelandsveien 29, Oslo.
Shareholders in the cooperative TONO SA received the notice and annual meeting documents by e-mail on May 13, as well as the nomination committee's recommendation on May 23. In order to participate in the annual meeting, shareholders must have registered no later than one week before the meeting, i.e. May 24. Only those who have registered their participation by the deadline are entitled to participate and vote at the annual meeting. According to the articles of association, a shareholder may attend by proxy of their own choice.
The annual meeting shall, among other things, approve TONO's annual report and annual accounts for 2015 for the company and the TONO group, including the auditor's report and the control committee's report. NOPA, NKF and Musikkforlaggerne shall each report on their use of cultural funds. Four board members and four deputy members shall be elected, as well as the addition of a representative and deputy representative to TONO's election committee.
