TONO SA's annual meeting is being held today

TONO's annual meeting will take place at Litteraturhuset, Wergelandsveien 29 in Oslo today, May 29th at 17 pm.

To be able to attend the meeting, you must be a shareholder in the cooperative TONO SA. According to the current articles of association, elections for board members and deputy members shall be held at the annual meeting in 2018. The election committee prepares the elections, cf. section 24 (4) of the articles of association.

The following elections will be held this year:

Four board members and four deputy members shall be elected for two years, cf. TONO's statutes § 30 (1)-(4), cf. §§ 28 (1)-(3)). The following are up for election in 2018 (emphasized):

TONO's election committee consists of Lars Martin Myhre (NOPA), Kristin Andersen (MF), Nils Henrik Asheim (NKF) and Hanna Paulsberg (free space/NOPA).

*Employee representatives are elected according to separate rules set out in the Act on Municipal and County Council Elections, by and among TONO's employees.
