Annual meeting today

TONO's annual meeting will be held today at the Popsenteret at Schous plass in Oslo at 17 pm. 179 voting members were registered after the deadline on June 4th.

Voting members have been notified, among other things, by email on April 30, and that the notice with the agenda and registration information, as well as the annual accounts, annual report and audit report were sent out two weeks before the meeting, on May 27, by email and letter. Voting members are those composers, lyricists and music publishers who meet the income requirements. in §8 of TONO's statutesThe agenda includes the board's report, annual accounts for 2013, information on legal considerations regarding TONO's articles of association and the Cooperatives Act, as well as the election of four board members and deputies.
