Opening hours in summer

TONO is open as normal this summer. Increased processing times must be expected.

TONO is open throughout the summer and it is possible to contact the switchboard, member service and marketing department as normal, with limited opening hours on Fridays through September 15th.

Opening hours in summer:

Reduced staffing in connection with holiday processing may result in somewhat longer waiting times on the phone and email and increased processing time for certain cases.
