TONO has business ethics guidelines that describe how we should behave towards each other and the outside world. The guidelines apply to board members, managers, employees, hired consultants and others who represent TONO. We shall have a corporate culture characterized by well-being, security and integrity. Everyone associated with TONO is responsible for following rules and guidelines that build on TONO's value base, and that create attitudes that we as an organization can be proud of.

  • A safe and inclusive work environment

TONO shall be a workplace where everyone is treated with respect. We do not tolerate discrimination, whether it concerns religion, skin color, gender, sexual orientation, age, national or ethnic origin or disability. The HSE work aims to work systematically and consciously to protect employees, take necessary precautions to prevent accidents and occupational diseases, and offer a good working environment.

  • Responsible management of information

We protect confidential information and process personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection legislation. Employees are required to maintain confidentiality regarding all business relationships and other matters that may give outsiders access to confidential information.

  • High integrity in business practices

TONO does not accept any form of corruption, bribery or other unethical practices. We shall act with transparency and accountability. Our confidential whistleblowing channel can be used by both internal and external parties to report unethical behavior without fear of retaliation. We ensure fair labor practices and safeguard the health, safety and well-being of employees, promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and take responsibility for our impact on the environment and society.
