If you are an experienced concert organizer, you know well that you need a TONO permit to organize concerts, and that you get this for a fee and a report on which musical works were performed at the concert.

TONO reporting becomes easier
It will soon be easier to apply for a TONO permit to hold concerts, and to report ticket revenue, audience numbers and playlists. A comprehensive IT project at TONO will soon result in a broad launch of a completely new digital solution for TONO's customers in the concert sector. But before we get there, TONO wants to make sure that the solution works in the "real world":

– We feel nesten absolutely certain that the solution that gives concert organizers the opportunity to apply for TONO permits and report playlists, ticket revenues and audience numbers works flawlessly. We will still be slant-proof that it is as good and user-friendly as we believe concert organizers deserve. That is why we are now inviting 250 concert organizers as pilot users. The benefit for them is that when they have to report concerts to TONO anyway, they can now do so in an easier and faster way. In return, we ask them to let us know if they come across things they think could have been better, says Tommy Tangløkken, Marketing Director at TONO.

Users who have suggestions for improvements are asked to contact TONO at 22 05 72 95 or by sending an email to marked@tono.no.

Will lower the threshold for TONO reporting

The new service will make things much easier when it comes to TONO reporting. After registering as a user of the “My TONO” service, users will be able to manage all of the concert venue’s information within one and the same interface. It is a goal of the service to make TONO reporting a positive experience, and lower the threshold for TONO reporting. The service is launched as part of TONO’s strategy for digital transformation. TONO launched a digital reporting solution for ceremonies in faith and life-belief communities earlier this year.
